We would like to thank all of our clients for their understanding with measures put into place to curb the spread of COVID-19.
After consultation with fellow veterinary colleagues, we are instituting the next phase in protecting our staff and clients.
We will be limiting entry to staff and patients only. Although we will still be seeing appointments, our veterinarians (for scheduled appointments) will be communicating with owners by telephone for history taking, recommendations, and treatment plans. Admitting for surgeries will happen by phone with your trusted veterinary technician.
Upon arriving at the clinic, please phone and a staff member will give you further instructions on how your beloved pet will be admitted to the hospital. If you are coming to pick up food or medications, we will take payment over the phone and bring your product out to you.
We will also be pleased to take payment over the phone
for appointments where possible to facilitate comprehensive service while limiting client and staff exposure to each other.
We realize this is a major shift from how we typically deliver services. Please know we are as committed as ever to the health and well being of your companion.
