We would like to thank all of our clients for their understanding with measures put into place to curb the spread of COVID-19.

We continue to follow all recommended health and safety guidelines to protect our staff and clients. We will be limiting entry to staff and patients only. Although we will still be seeing appointments, our veterinarians (for scheduled appointments) will be communicating with owners by telephone for history taking, recommendations, and treatment plans. Admitting for surgeries will happen by phone with your trusted veterinary technician.

This is how we are conducting appointments and purchases for the foreseeable future:

  • ┬áPlease remain in the parking lot while your pet is at the hospital.
  • ┬áPlease respect social distancing and keep our front door clear so we may admit patients and deliver products efficiently.
  • We appreciate you placing your food and medication orders and pre-paying prior to coming to the hospital.
  • Please be patient as our phone lines are very busy.
